Company’s industry: Wellness and Fitness Services Location: Remote (Latam) Role type: Full-time as an Independent Contractor (compensation in USD through DEEL) About the Role We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Junior Brand Manager to support the execution of international marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone with strong design and project coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting franchise development, trade shows, and brand awareness campaigns. The Junior Brand Manager will play a key role in developing event marketing materials, coordinating campaign assets, supporting international franchise marketing efforts, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple deadlines, and capable of working independently with limited creative oversight. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize marketing materials for international franchise development events Support trade show planning and execution, including booth graphics, banners, one-pagers, presentations, and pitch decks Create engaging social media content, particularly for LinkedIn, to promote events, franchise opportunities, and overall brand presence Adapt existing creative templates for different regions, markets, events, and brand priorities Produce both print and digital marketing assets for franchise and event campaigns Coordinate multiple overlapping event timelines, deliverables, and approvals Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support international marketing initiatives across four brands Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all materials Assist with campaign organization, asset management, and marketing project tracking Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, event marketing, or a related role Strong graphic design skills, particularly using Canva Experience creating print collateral and event/trade show marketing materials B2B marketing experience required; franchise or international marketing experience is a plus Understanding of social media content creation and digital advertising creative best practices Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills Fluent English proficiency required (C1 level or above) Preferred Background Experience supporting international or multi-market marketing campaigns Previous involvement in trade shows, franchise development events, or event marketing initiatives Interest in fitness, wellness, franchising, or consumer brands Comfortable working independently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
