Translate business requirements into accurate, scalable reporting solutions. Build and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting needs. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports. Maintain and improve existing reporting infrastructure. Partner with stakeholders to understand business context and reporting needs. Identify trends, anomalies, and insights within reporting outputs. Present findings in a clear, business‑friendly manner. Requirements Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI. Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning. Experience working with large and complex datasets across multiple sources. Proven ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions. Strong understanding of data accuracy, validation, and consistency. Solid business acumen and ability to interpret data in a business context. Ability to explain data and reporting logic to non‑technical stakeholders. Strong requirement‑gathering and documentation skills. Nice to Have Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, Python, or other analytical tools.
