We are seeking a Vendor Management Consultant to join our team and support in strengthening vendor governance, contract oversight, and procurement efficiency. This is a strategic role focused on vendor performance, cost optimization, and contract analysis—not a transactional position. Experience Required: ~6 years in Vendor Management, Key Responsibilities Vendor Governance : Establish and maintain a structured framework to monitor vendor performance, service quality, compliance, and responsiveness. Performance Oversight : Conduct quarterly reviews, introduce scorecards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Contract Review : Analyze vendor contractS, identify changes, assess risks, and provide clear recommendations. Cost Analysis : Prepare spend reports, variance analysis, and highlight savings opportunities. RFP Management : Lead RFP processes, including documentation, evaluation criteria, and vendor onboarding. Vendor Engagement : Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and service improvement. Candidate Profile ~6 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract analysis . Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret contracts and performance data. Excellent communication skills to explain risks, changes, and recommendations clearly. Experience with RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and performance scorecards.
