We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives across our legal, tax, and risk portfolios. Location: Mexico City, Reforma 26, Hybrid Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of business strategies and plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with supporting partners to compile comprehensive research, data, and trend analysis to inform strategic decision‑making. Implement strategic initiatives and projects that drive business growth and competitive advantage. Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Identify inefficiencies in current sales processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Collaborate with subject matter experts in marketing, finance, product development, and other groups to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Track and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives to ensure they meet strategic goals and objectives; prepare reports and presentations to communicate strategy, plans, and performance to leadership, our organization, and other stakeholders. Communicate insights and strategic plans to key stakeholders, including senior management and sales teams; identify potential risks to the sales strategy and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in execution of sales strategy, operations, or a similar role within a corporate environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights; problem‑solving abilities and a strategic mindset. Demonstrated experience working in a flexible and agile environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage cross‑functional projects. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, CRM systems, and business intelligence platforms; experience using AI to support work output preferred. An ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven experience managing 2‑3 large projects simultaneously and driving successful results in each.
