Senior Human Resources Consultant @ InfoVision Inc. | Recruiting, Screening, Hiring, Vendor Management, Managed Service Provider(MSP), Stakeholder… Technical Program Manager What You’ll Do Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large‑scale, technically complex programs that span multiple engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, and Fullstack). Partner closely with Product Management to define priorities, dependencies, and milestones for the Supplier Advertising roadmap. Drive cross‑functional alignment between Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet strategic goals. Guide teams in building scalable and reliable systems using Java, GraphQL, Kafka, Aerospike, Elasticsearch, React, and other core technologies. Ensure platform reliability and observability through best‑in‑class monitoring (DataDog, Grafana). Anticipate risks, manage trade‑offs, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery. Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for technical and non‑technical audiences. Mentor and influence engineers (L2–L4) and peers to drive execution excellence and continuous improvement. Contribute to system architecture discussions, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with best engineering practices. Foster collaboration and accountability across distributed teams, driving transparency and measurable results. We Are a Match Because You Have 10+ years of total experience in technology, including 5+ years in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management. Previous hands‑on experience as a Software Engineer or Architect with Java, and preferably with APIs, distributed systems, or data pipelines. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing technical roadmaps with tools like Jira or Confluence. Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional technical programs across multiple teams and dependencies. Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to drive clarity and alignment at all levels. Experience working in cloud‑native environments (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable). Solid understanding of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and incident response processes. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to Have Experience in AdTech, Retail Media, or E‑commerce platforms. Exposure to machine learning pipelines or data analytics systems. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe.
