The Role We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who will build the marketing engine from scratch. There is no playbook, you'll create it. This person will develop strategy, execute consistently, and iterate quickly across multiple channels, turning our strong product-market fit into a visible, recognizable brand within the industry. This is an individual contributor role today, with real scope to grow. You won't have a manager telling you what to do each week. You'll own the marketing function entirely, bring your own ideas, and proactively identify what needs to be done next. What You'll Do Develop and own the marketing strategy; short, mid, and long term and execute it consistently Build brand awareness and establish a consistent presence across relevant industry channels Create and manage content: newsletters, social media, blog posts, and other written communications in the company's brand voice Nurture the lead funnel through ongoing targeted messaging and outreach Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of opportunities and threats Automate repeatable marketing workflows using LLMs and modern marketing tools of your choosing Design and organize webinars or partner-facing events as opportunities arise Track performance across all channels and continuously optimize based on data Report on marketing efforts and bring new opportunities proactively to the founder Who You Are The right person for this role shall be: Between 3 and 5 years of experience Fluent with LLMs, you use AI tools to scale your output while keeping quality and brand voice sharp Reliable, you follow through, meet commitments, and don't need to be chased A self-starter, you identify what needs to be done and do it without being asked An owner, you care about outcomes, not just outputs; you treat this role like it's yours Curious and growth-oriented, you actively seek to understand the product, the industry, and the customer Comfortable with ambiguity, you can operate in a small team where structure is still being built A strong communicator, strong written and spoken English level is essential Bonus Points Experience in a SaaS or agency environment Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Notion, or similar marketing/productivity tools Experience running webinars or thought leadership content Background in brand strategy or content marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
