We are looking for a SAP FICO Consultant specializing in Accounting and Taxes for the Mexican market who will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO modules. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration of SAP FICO solutions with a focus on compliance with Mexican accounting and tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling financial processes, understanding tax requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities : Implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules, with a specific focus on Accounting and Taxes in the Mexican market. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze accounting and tax requirements for Mexico. Configure SAP FICO settings to meet specific business needs, ensuring compliance with Mexican accounting standards and tax regulations. Provide expertise in SAP FICO-related integrations with other SAP modules and external systems. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP FICO functionalities related to Mexican accounting and taxes. Stay current with SAP updates, releases, and changes in Mexican tax laws to ensure ongoing compliance. Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the finance team to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within SAP FICO. Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including hands-on experience in configuration and implementation. Strong understanding of Mexican accounting principles and tax regulations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FICO issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
