About the role As an IT Intern, you will support key IT initiatives by driving observability implementations, managing project schedules, and contributing to digital product strategies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors to enhance service delivery and gain hands-on experience in a global company. Responsibilities Drive observability implementations with monitoring and metrics, incident responses, feedback loops, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, providing consistent project updates to stakeholders and the project board. Oversee vendor management, contribute to product roadmap creation, and define strategies for digital products to enhance service delivery.
