Join our Team We are looking for an Integration Engineer – Packet Core that provides support services for projects for operators in North America and South America, including participation in design, deployment, integration, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting for 4G and 5G packet core solution elements. You do not need to be an expert in 5G elements, but experience and breadth working with 4G packet core elements is key, demonstrating experience handling external customers and hands on in the full cycle from deployment to troubleshooting. What you will do Provide service delivery to telecommunication operators for North and South America. Work directly with customers and stakeholders to provide system integration, rollout, optimization, and problem solving, applying knowledge such as Linux, TCP/IP, containers (Kubernetes, OpenStack), and virtualization technology to enable data capability on 4G and 5G networks. Encourage simplification and automation. Qualifications Business level English B2-C1 or equivalent. Bachelor of Engineering or related field qualification. Up to 3 years of telecom experience, with at least 1 year in external customer management. Experience in the packet core domain, 4G and 5G: Hands‑on experience with 4G elements for deployment, integration, configuration, and troubleshooting (MME, EPG, SAPC, DSC). Knowledge of 5G elements (AMF, UPF, SMF, PCF, SC) including functionality, interfaces, and call flows. Ideally, hands‑on experience with health checks and deployments/upgrades. Excellent communication skills and practical experience executing a consultative role. Kubernetes knowledge and proven hands‑on experience. Demonstrated motivation and proactivity to continuously transfer knowledge, improve processes and tools, and propose efficient solutions. Experience working with teams locally and globally. Continual drive for learning to broaden technical skills and abilities. Consultative ability, creative thinking, analytical and thought leadership mindset. Passion for craft and innovation. Additional Requirements Able to travel outside Mexico. Flexible working hours to accommodate Pacific time zone demands.
