What You'll Do Design and implement scalable Elasticsearch architectures and indexing strategies for complex datasets. Optimize search relevance through advanced tuning of analyzers, mappings, and scoring functions. Manage and scale production‑grade Elasticsearch clusters, ensuring high availability and performance. Develop and maintain search‑related microservices and integrations using Lucene‑based technologies. Monitor cluster health and perform capacity planning to support growing data and query volumes. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define search requirements and improve data discoverability. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on search infrastructure. Proven expertise in building and operating search systems powered by Elasticsearch. Proficiency in designing index strategies and performing relevance tuning. Hands‑on experience with Elasticsearch cluster management and Lucene. Advanced proficiency in English.
