Opportunity Overview Our client is a US-based fintech (New York City) that’s already moved billions of dollars – and they’re scaling fast across LatAm and beyond. They’re hiring a sharp, analytical operator to own payout partner performance and help level up the payout customer experience and operational efficiency. You’ll analyse payment network performance, tighten internal processes, and work directly with third‑party payout partners in multiple countries. It’s a genuinely cross‑functional seat – you’ll move between ops, support, trading, finance, product and engineering, from contract conversations to live issue resolution. The business is growing quickly, and this role will scale with it. Key Responsibilities Lead performance improvement and monitoring across payment corridors (Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Guatemala and beyond) Define, track and report the metrics that matter Own partner relationships across markets Troubleshoot issues with partners and drive ongoing performance improvements Reduce technical outages by tracking root causes and coordinating fixes across teams Build governance, dashboards, playbooks and reporting systems to streamline internal and partner operations Work closely with product/engineering to build scalable systems Partner with growth, product, engineering, business development and support on new market and payout partner launches Support a 24/7 business – with infrequent night/weekend work on critical issues Qualifications Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end – diagnose problems, run analysis, design process fixes, and execute with technical teams Highly organised; comfortable juggling time‑sensitive priorities in a fast‑paced start‑up 5+ years’ experience in finance, technology, operations, or similar (payment operations a plus) Strong written and verbal communication Excel and SQL (must‑have) Emerging markets experience strongly preferred English and Spanish required Company Benefits Top‑of‑the‑market pay.
