We are looking for a talented IT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE to join our team specializing in IT for our CUMMINS MOTORES in San Luis Potosí, SLP, México . In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure problems. Manage requests and incidents through ticket management systems, documenting actions taken. Provide effective solutions and analyze data to identify recurring trends or areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions based on root‑cause analysis. Create, update and manage operational standards and process documentation. Provide support according to established processes and ensure compliance. Train less experienced staff in IT tools and procedures. Oversee and support contracted resources. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective solutions. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose changes to optimize services and processes. Manage the relationship with external suppliers, providing follow‑up and ensuring compliance with standards. Extend the workday according to the needs of the business. Assist in other assigned IT‑related responsibilities. Perform IT production support for assigned areas according to documented processes. Manage documentation and process standards. To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Strong knowledge in database and SQL management. Understanding and experience with root‑cause analysis methodologies. Familiarity with innovative technologies applied to the business. Qualifications Experience At least 6 months of experience related to IT support areas or root cause analysis.
