Hybrid role based in Mexico City (2-3 days/week). No potential for remote. What You'll Do Design and execute strategic recruiting initiatives to support hiring in a newly established location for the company. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business units and levels, ensuring alignment with staffing goals and timelines. Develop and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline. Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure job requirements are clearly defined and candidates are evaluated against appropriate criteria. Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to optimize the effectiveness and consistency of the recruiting process. Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely progress and transparency throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Engage in cross‑functional staffing activities and projects, contributing to broader organizational talent initiatives. Establish and manage search strategies, including vendor selection and performance metrics, to ensure high‑quality and cost‑effective hiring outcomes. On‑site presence required: Work from the office three days per week to support the growth of this new site and actively collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments. What You Bring Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong track record of contributing to team‑based projects. 10 plus years of experience managing the full‑cycle recruitment process across diverse roles and business units. Experience with technical recruitment (e.G. engineering) is a must. Thorough understanding of the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, including compliance with local employment laws and regulations. Proficient in using a variety of hiring tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and job boards. Experienced in talent sourcing and resume mapping from a wide range of channels to build robust candidate pipelines. Strong vendor management capabilities, including oversight of search firms and job board partnerships. Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite and modern AI‑enabled tools. Preferred experience in general HR functions, contributing to broader people initiatives beyond recruitment. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources strongly preferred. Experience recruiting/sourcing for US/Canada based roles would be a plus.
