Job Description The Senior Manager, Client Success for the Mexico Client Success organization holds a critical position within the Client Services organization and reports to the Vice President, Client Services Mexico. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing post‑sale and operational relationships with clients by driving client success outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Service delivery of new products, onboarding new clients, implementations, product adoption, operational support and client optimization. Providing strategic, functional, and technical leadership for applicable clients, including cross‑functional delivery of systems and services. Defining and deploying client service strategies across Key and T1 clients, ensuring operational goals and success metrics are understood and achieved. Building a high‑performing and cohesive team aligned with the global Client Success strategic transformation. Applying direction and working knowledge of Visa products, systems, and procedures to proactively resolve high‑priority issues with significant financial implications. Leading and developing a high‑performing team of Client Success Managers to maximize client benefit realization and value from Visa products and services through proactive optimization processes. This is a hybrid position with a minimum of three days in the office, as confirmed by the Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (Master’s, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years with a PhD. Demonstrated expertise in payment systems, including authorization & clearing systems, client connectivity, and settlement services. Expertise in resolving complex cross‑functional issues with critical thinking and sound judgment. Ability to build and maintain outstanding business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior and executive levels. Expert proficiency in building client relationships, customer centricity, success planning, client engagement, proactiveness, and critical thinking. Preferred Qualifications: 9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD. Demonstrated expertise in artificial intelligence concepts and applications and how they can create value for Visa and its clients.
