Responsibilities Partner with and enable line leaders to meet SQCDSM targets—Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale—ensuring process stability; participate in DMS meetings at shift and line levels. Own the technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment and processes; manage PM systems, workprocesses, and KPIs; oversee R&M; budget. Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans; build team capability to perform maintenance independently; spend at least 50% of time on technical and maintenance skills development; lead PM systems at the line and department levels. Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams for system improvements; responsible for change management, spares localization, breakdown analysis, and R&M; cost reduction; represent the department in regional and general technology forums. Assist in VSU initiatives, support benchmarking efforts, and serve as a subject matter expert and trainer on PM subjects. Lead facilities management, including energy, maintenance, safety, and legal compliance. Support factory/office projects and investments related to property and production needs. Ensure electrical safety policies are followed, especially for power-intensive works. Adhere to maintenance budgets and schedules, ensuring timely vendor payments. Implement and monitor environmental objectives, including energy and water consumption and emissions. Qualifications Advanced knowledge of AM-Autonomous Maintenance (Step 4) and Progressive Maintenance (Step 3), including execution of AM & PM standards and TPM tools. Leadership capability for the line, including coaching, goal setting, and performance management.
