Responsibilities Providing technical support for iCIMS to end users as related to troubleshooting and using applications; performs system audits and works with the Global team’s project management on new implementations. Partner with business stakeholders and data governance to identify where data quality gaps impact analysis and recommend prioritization. Collaborate with developers and data owners to drive creation of data integration and storage solutions as well as analyze tradeoffs between usability, best practices, and performance needs. Work with third‑party data providers to analyze and integrate offerings. Work collaboratively with applications to develop and maintain interfaces and data exchange programs between applications. Perform business analysis with stakeholders and management to determine goals and objectives and develop requirements. Work collaboratively with staff to diagnose system issues and recommend solutions. Perform end‑user training and provide end‑users with training documents and/or resources. Oversee the implementation of approved applications. Coordinate testing of the applications to ensure proper performance. Perform system administration and system configuration. Develop custom queries, scripts, and reports; keep up‑to‑date on changes and patches of applications and the potential impact of those updates; maintain required system documentation. Qualifications Three or more years of managing iCIMS back‑end in an administrative role, including running analytics, back‑end configurations, reporting, and integrations. Proficient in developing iCIMS (ATS) code to integrate with other HR systems. Bachelor’s or Graduate’s Degree in engineering, information systems, information technology or computer science, or equivalent experience. Advanced English proficiency.
