Administrative Information Specialist Mission To support the analysis and management of plant financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and expense control activities, ensuring accurate financial information and compliance with internal controls to support business decision-making. Essential Functions Analyze and control plant financial performance, including SPX, budget management, expense tracking (COQ, COL, COM, COP), and accurate accounting postings Support month-end closing activities, weekly reporting versus forecast, and ad hoc financial analysis Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes, including Hyperion uploads Follow up on cost-saving initiatives and support expense optimization activities Support petty cash and PCard management processes Coordinate with SSC and internal teams regarding CIP, Tooling, AR, AP, and internal control activities Monitor DTA (temporary exit assets) and support IFRS 16 leasing follow-up Technical Skills Financial modeling and analysis with large data sets Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Knowledge of ERP Finance Modules (Oracle or similar) Advanced Excel and business analytics tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Interpretation of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) Job profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance or related 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance areas Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis Advanced English preferred Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Adaptability and continuous learning mindset Strong organization and teamwork skills and ability to analyze complex information and communicate it effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
