About the Role: Role: Oracle ERP Support OR Oracle E-Suits Support OR Oracle EBS development Location: Only in Mexico City (Remote) Employment Type: Contract Responsibilities Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle EBS applications and related systems. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather and understand business requirements. Assist in system integrations, issue resolution, testing, and deployment activities. Support Oracle EBS modules and business workflows across operational environments. Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance improvement initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business and technical alignment. Support Agile project activities, documentation, and process improvements. Assist senior team members with implementation and support projects. Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of experience working with Oracle EBS environments. Understanding of ERP systems, enterprise applications, and business processes. Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, or Operations workflows is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile or collaborative project environments. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
