Your Mission You will be responsible for leading quality and automation initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle, promoting best practices, optimizing QA processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performing products. What We Are Looking For Requirements ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. ✔ 5+ years of experience in test automation and quality assurance. ✔ Advanced Intermediate English (B2 level). ✔ Proven experience leading automation strategies and QA teams. Required Technical Skills Selenium WebDriver Playwright Python Java Design and maintenance of automation frameworks Integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions Version control using Git Automated testing Key Responsibilities Lead software quality and test automation strategies. Design, enhance, and maintain automated testing frameworks. Define QA metrics, standards, and processes to ensure high-quality software delivery. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality from the early stages of the software lifecycle. Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and implement preventive and corrective actions. Promote development best practices, code reviews, and a strong quality culture across teams.
