General Description Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and businesses for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Responsibilities Evaluates new applications and identifies system requirements. Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate system alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Greater involvement in technical hardware (vs software) issues. Responsible for conceptualization of the architecture design and determines priorities and monitors project progress. Typically involved in resolution of complex IT architecture problems. Configuration of ERP modules.
