Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Jr Customer Service Representative located in Guadalajara, North Site. The Customer Service Representative role involves being in charge of communicating with customers and dealing with their inquiries. Responsibilities Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively provide comprehensive and high‑quality services for all customer needs. Handle enquiries, resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency, and ensure one‑call resolution. Maintain customer service standards during high‑pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources, or demanding customers. Interpret customer needs and recognize symptoms, causes, and solutions. Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution as needed. Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English, minimizing jargon to best ensure customer comprehension. Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results and KPIs. Coordinate Order board, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, Sales and Export Process. Validate SOX controls for prices, incoterms, terms of payment, and agreements. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ship following the customer’s instructions, understanding incoterms and import records. Correctly follow up and coordinate the operational areas involved in production and delivery of FG to support the client and exceed expectations. Monitor customer demand, receive purchase orders, and coordinate with materials and production control for manufacture of requested models as a priority. Apply business and operations knowledge of EDI, CTO, BTO, BTF, and Bilateral/Trilateral invoicing processes. Create CMF, MRF, and PQR documents. Participate in CFT, Operations, and customer meetings. Qualifications BS degree in Business Administration, Business, Engineering, Commerce, or similar. Experience in a similar position within the electronic manufacturing industry. Advanced English speaking and writing skills. Experience in customer communication. Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of end‑to‑end manufacturing and distribution processes. Advanced Excel skills. Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset. Ability to read, research, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and address questions from managers, associates, vendors, and customers. May mentor, coach, and lead other employees or develop employees at other levels. Can work under pressure, organized, and proactive.
