IT Project Manager (Infrastructure) Location: Monterrey Position Overview Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables. PMO Methodology Implement and adhere to PMO best practices and standards. Collaborate with the PMO team to ensure alignment with company-wide project management standards. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and the PMO team. Stakeholder Management Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Resolve any issues and conflicts related to the project. Risk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on the progress of risk mitigation actions. Resource Management Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Continuous Improvement Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT infrastructure and PMO methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 years of experience in IT project management, specifically in infrastructure. Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
