Overview The Accounting Specialist is responsible for executing accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting. This role ensures accuracy and compliance in financial records and supports the finance team in daily operations. Responsibilities Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliations. Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Support internal and external audit processes. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues. Skills & Qualifications University degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 5–7 years of relevant experience. Solid understanding of accounting principles. Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills.
