Descripción As a Product Manufacturing Manager, you will play a key role in driving NPI execution and manufacturing readiness for infrastructure hardware programs. In this role, you will: Act as the primary onsite representative at ODM factories, overseeing hardware builds and ramp-up activities. Ensure delivery of program milestones aligned with quality, performance, and production timelines. Drive day-to-day readiness activities to support full-volume mass production. Build strong relationships with suppliers and factory teams to enable seamless execution. Collaborate with global engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to align on goals and mitigate risks. Oversee manufacturing builds (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP), ensuring materials, tooling, and resources are ready. Monitor production schedules, capacity, and inventory while identifying supply chain risks. Track key performance metrics such as on-time delivery, quality, and productivity. Support development and launch of servers, networking equipment, and custom infrastructure modules. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing operations. Perfil buscado The successful Product Manufacturing Manager will: Bring 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, program management, or supply chain within hardware NPI environments. Demonstrate strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and NPI phases (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP). Show proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, suppliers, and quality teams. Have experience working onsite or traveling frequently to manufacturing facilities. Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and meet program deliverables. Possess excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is highly preferred. Demonstrate experience in data center technologies, infrastructure hardware, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
