Manage company-wide operational performance indicators, monitor progress, and provide early warnings to coordinate company resources for achieving business targets. 2. Oversee the release of company-level documents and policies, collaborating with various departments for review, updates, publication, and elimination of processes and regulations. 3. Manage meetings, including the preparation, organization, and execution of annual meetings, quarterly analysis meetings, and departmental meetings. 4. Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure rational utilization and effective monitoring of financial resources. 5. Serve as the liaison for headquarters' business operations, ensuring the timely and high-quality submission of meeting materials, performance forecasts, and emails. 6. Lead and standardize administrative affairs management, covering office operations, facilities, procurement coordination, asset control, and administrative services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost effectiveness. 7. Supervise daily operational execution to ensure compliance, quality, and timelines. 8. Coordinate and prioritize workload across the operations team. 9. Identify continuous improvement and cost‑efficiency opportunities. 10. Support onboarding and training of new operational staff.
