QUALIFICATIONS What are we looking for? Advanced English (B2+ - C1) Experience in BPO or customer service (1-2 years). Ability to type 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy. Knowledge of MS Office and the Internet. Availability to work rotating shifts. Completed high school diploma. 18 years or older with complete documentation (CURP, NSS, Tax Certificate, etc.).
