Project Director Main Responsibilities TheProjectDevelopmentDirectorwillbeleadingthedevelopmentoftheAltamiraContainerTerminal,incloseliaisonwiththeCTOandtheHQteamsinGeneva.TheProjectDevelopmentDirectorwillbechargedwithoverseeingtheentireinfrastructuredevelopment,comprisingconceptualstudies,interfaceswiththebusinessplans,environmentalpermitting,engineering,tenderingandconstructionfollow-upintostart-upofoperations,basedoutofourofficesinAarhus.JobdescriptionTheProjectDevelopmentDirectorwillsteerandcoordinatetheactivitiesofmulti-disciplinaryprojectteamsinchargeofconstruction(civilworks,buildings,electricalinfrastructure,dredging),electricalgridconnection,socialandenvironmentalactionplans,etc.toensurethefacilityisdeliveredintime,withinbudgetandtotherequirementsoftheproject’sshareholdersanditsfinancialinstitutions.Themainresponsibilitieswillinclude:Managetheprojectimplementationincloseliaisonwiththecompany’sdepartmentmanagersandthesupportingdepartmentsintheholdingcompany;Ensuretheprojectscheduleandmilestonesarebeingadheredtoandtheprojectisrealizedwithinscheduleandkeystakeholdersengagedandaretimelyupdatedonprogress;Coordinateallprojectresourcesaccordingtotheplan;Activelyidentifyprojectrisks,manageandmitigateprojectriskproactively;Ensureproperandnecessaryinputfromfunctionalexperts(internalaswellasexternal)isobtainedwheneverrequired,thiswithregardtodesign,construction,legalandenvironmentalrequirements,;Facilitateintegrationofcompletionofcivilworkswithoperationalandcommercialreadiness;Prepareandupdateprojectdocumentation,aswellascorporatereportsandpresentationsasrequired,includingvariousreportingtowardstheproject’slenders;Ensurebusinessplanandbudgetaretimelyup-dated.Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skill: Requiredskills&experiences:.Youareasolid,stress-resistantprofessional,,contractorsandgovernmentofficialsandyouhavestrongpresentationandinfluencingskills.Youhaveexperienceinmanagingavarietyofcontractorsandworkpackages.EPCexperienceandthemanagementofdesignengineeringisadefiniteasset..Youhaveaffinitywithprojectcontrolsandthemanagementproceduresnecessarytoensureprojectsarecompletedtotherequiredspecificationswithinbudget.Youhaveanentrepreneurialspiritandarecapabletomatchtechnicalexpertisewithcommercialbusinesssense.Youhaveastrongfeelingofresponsibilityandthehighestethicalstandards.YouhaveanexcellentcommandofSpanishandEnglishbothverbalandwritten.
