Your Role And Responsibilities Facilitate communication between supplier and IBM. Assure supplier’s commitment and performance against IBM product demand for all manufacturing plants. Understand shortages and expedite 2nd and 3rd tier components. Provide allocation to supplier for constraint commodities. Review shortages vs order load. Inventory balancing between plants. Resolve operational situations. Early involvement in new products. Preferred Education Master's Degree. Required Technical And Professional Expertise Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration or related fields). Advanced English proficiency.
