Your role Administer, configure, and set up new projects in the ALM tool Administer, configure, and set up new users in the problem management tool Manage tool upgrades, improvements, and vendor‑released fixes Administer and configure license servers Troubleshoot tool issues, train and mentor users Facilitate workshops between development teams and third‑party vendors Support tool testing and verification; support tool deployment Aid with activities such as exit checklist, license tracking, and managing tool user groups Your profile At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry installing and maintaining commercial‑off‑the‑shelf (COTS) engineering tool chains; administering and configuring license servers Experience with server administration and client‑server architecture Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Bitbucket, PTC Integrity) Object‑oriented programming experience in Java and C# (including SharePoint) Experience creating custom tools and utilities (scripts) Experience supporting/administering continuous‑integration and ALM tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, PTC Integrity, IBM DOORS, SBM, Jenkins Administrative experience managing GitHub Enterprise Ability to use the GitHub REST API or CLI to automate administrative tasks like repository creation or user auditing Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, Agile, requirements management, and test management What you’ll love about working here Flexibility in how, when, and where you work, supporting a better work‑life balance and greater empowerment A forward‑looking culture that creates opportunities for valuable change and keeps you energized with new technologies and ways to work Environments that help you deepen knowledge and learn new skills while you continue your day job Capgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their businesses.
