Job Summary The Regional Recruiting Manager will oversee the execution of the staffing strategies for the Region they support. He/she will supervise a team of recruiters, providing coaching, development, and assessment while delivering full life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, prescreening, and tracking candidates in the applicant tracking system. The manager requires strong organizational and project management skills to understand the company’s staffing model and resources, improve customer needs, and enhance departmental processes and procedures. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Lead a distributed team of recruiting professionals to source and acquire top talent to meet contractual needs. Collaborate with recruiters and business leaders to improve and implement results‑driven recruiting strategies for domestic, regional, and international hiring. Partner with Senior Managers/Directors of Recruiting to develop workforce planning processes, staffing reports, and metrics. Work with regional and site HR Managers to provide a seamless recruiting service to internal customers. Track and report recruiting metrics and performance for monthly and quarterly reviews. Provide direct recruiting and sourcing expertise. Comply with labour laws and regulations while monitoring the internal applicant tracking system, ensuring all candidates and applicants are properly tracked. Maintain a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring. Provide continual and ongoing support, coaching, and development for recruiters in sourcing, screening, matching, and closing candidates. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Qualifications Knowledge Requirements Prior experience building a recruiting infrastructure (e.g., recruiting strategy, tools, resume tracking systems). Adaptable and flexible with strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities or projects. Strong analytical problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced dynamic environment. Ability to negotiate and influence others at all organization levels. Demonstrated experience facilitating change and leading process improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and support a team effectively. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 5–7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a related industry. 2–3 years of supervisory or recruiting management experience required.
