Design and implement effective lesson plans for diverse learners. Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with families and staff. Team Teachers At least 1 year of experience with young children (teaching, internships, service, or camps) Support lead teachers in planning and delivering lessons Collaborate actively in team and school-wide initiatives Ideal Candidate: High energy, creativity, and strong classroom presence Open to relearning, unlearning, and growing Comfortable working in a collaborative, non-traditional setting Qualifications Full English fluency (spoken, written, and reading); Spanish is a strong asset. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification or license. Experience with progressive methodologies (e.g., Inquiry-Based Learning, PBL, IB). Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Education. Training in Readers & Writers Workshop. Apple Certified Educator. Experience with co-teaching models and the Reggio Emilia approach.
