Role Purpose We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our Finance team. This role will provide financial insight and analytical support to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial planning, budgeting, and business analysis experience, along with the ability to partner effectively with multiple functions. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning. Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including scenario analysis, ROI, and profitability assessments. Analyze profitability by customer, product, channel, and project. Monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to management. Support strategic business initiatives, including pricing, cost optimization, investments, and operational efficiency projects. Coordinate monthly financial closing activities, with focus in Accounting. Automate and enhance financial reporting through advanced Excel and Power BI tools. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls. Partner with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and other departments to support business decisions. Assist with internal and external audits by providing financial analysis and supporting documentation.  Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, budgeting, and process improvement. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros). Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar. Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
