Responsabilidades Develop and maintain detailed cost models for new and existing products Support RFQ processes by providing accurate and competitive cost estimations Analyze BOMs and validate material cost accuracy with Supply Chain Estimate direct labor and manufacturing overhead in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering Identify cost reduction opportunities and support cost optimization initiatives Perform cost comparisons between different sourcing scenarios (local vs international suppliers) Support pricing strategies by providing cost insights and margin analysis Work with cross-functional teams to validate product feasibility from a cost perspective Maintain and update costing databases and assumptions (labor rates, overhead, etc.) Support financial and management reviews with cost breakdowns and analysis Track cost changes due to engineering changes (ECR/ECN) Assist in standard cost updates and system uploads (ERP) Ensure data accuracy and consistency across costing tools and system Requisitos Industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, or related engineering degree 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, costing, or finance-related roles Strong English communication skills (70–80%) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) Strong analytical and numerical skills Experience working with BOM structures and product costing Understanding of manufacturing processes (assembly, labor, overhead) Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics AX, SAP, or similar) is a plus Knowledge of cost breakdowns (material, labor, overhead) Problem-solving and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
