Lead Data Steward – Insulet Global Business Services Job Summary: Lead Data Steward – Insulet Global Business Services (IGBS) Reports to: Global Service Owner – Data Stewardship Location: Guadalajara Midtown (Hybrid). Responsibilities: Support the Data Owner in day‑to‑day stewardship of assigned priority domains, preparing materials for governance forums and escalating priorities, risks, and decisions as needed. Coordinate stewardship activities across priority domains such as HCP, Patient, and Product; build deep domain expertise and ensure consistent execution. Coordinate master data lifecycle activities (create, update, deactivate, approval workflows, and mass update requests) in line with agreed standards and controls. Define, monitor, and report domain data quality measures and stewardship performance indicators; drive remediation where needed. Coordinate one‑time and ongoing data cleansing and improvement activities in partnership with business and technology teams. Coordinate the domain council and governance cadence, including tracking actions and follow‑through on agreed decisions. Manage data quality exceptions, recurring issue reviews, and root‑cause discussions to strengthen controls and prevent repeat issues. Track and publish governance KPIs with the Data Owner to support visibility, accountability, and better decisions. Apply enterprise governance policies, standards, and controls within assigned domains and translate them into effective ways of working. Maintain domain standards, process documentation, controls, data definitions, and metadata in governance tools such as Atlan. Reinforce role clarity, decision rights, and accountability within the domain, including agreed controls for privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Partner with Data Owners, users, and cross‑functional stakeholders to build understanding of governance roles, stewardship expectations, and domain standards. Deliver training, communications, and practical guidance to support adoption of agreed data practices. Partner with platform and IT teams on system changes, data model updates, metadata maintenance, and stewardship requirements. Operate effectively in environments where governance maturity and MDM tooling are still evolving, using practical interim controls where needed. Maintain a domain improvement backlog and identify recurring pain points and practical improvements that strengthen data quality, control, and user experience over time. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant analytical, technical, or business discipline (Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field). Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage. 6–10 years of experience in data management, data governance, data stewardship, or master data management. Demonstrated delivery and a strong track record in complex, cross‑functional environments. Experience implementing and supporting data governance frameworks, standards, and controls. Experience with data quality management, data standards, data lineage, metadata, and data privacy or regulatory requirements. Experience supporting Data Owners and working with business and technology stakeholders to improve data quality and strengthen governance practices. Experience working in a global business services team and/or commercial services organization is preferred. Senior Manager, Global HR Analytics Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Global HR Technology will help scale the organization globally through company‑wide reporting and insights, partner with key stakeholders across the organization, and support evidence‑based decisions in People and Business strategies. Responsibilities: Builds, leads, and maintains a strong and growing Human Capital Analytics team responsible for implementing and maintaining people reporting and analytics. Evolve the “way of working” for the HR Analytics function to embed an “Agile” and “Continuous Improvement” approach, prioritise sprints, and refine work over time. Build out end‑to‑end solutions for data analytics and collaborate with stakeholders across HR and the business to understand and report on people insights across the employee life‑cycle. Generate insights to support executive presentations and create executive‑ready analytics deliverables (reports, PPTs). Communicate findings to audiences of varying technical ability and seniority. Project‑manage data deliverables that cross multiple people analytics service offerings‑teams; analyze and integrate large data sets to yield valuable organizational and divisional insights. Develop deep expertise in data critical to HR systems/processes to generate insights on presentations and documentation for various stakeholders. Advise on key opportunities discovered by data, bring data into discussions, and stay abreast of external analytical trends and technologies in HR analytics. Help improve data privacy and security, demonstrating judicious use of sensitive People data. Develop measurement frameworks and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent definitions and segmentation of metrics. Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience with a combination of HR data, technology (including Workday HCM), and project management. Strong understanding of data integrity and reliability, system testing, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Strong project management skills, prioritising work rigorously, with “big picture” thinking and attention to detail. Experience with cloud‑based people analytics software. Experience leading and influencing high‑performing teams. Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research and analysing data from surveys or experiments. Ability to translate technical information for non‑technical audiences. Flair for presenting project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for a range of audiences. Proactive, motivated self‑starter, maintaining discipline and focus on long‑term initiatives. Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and teams globally. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodology. Passion for problem solving and continuous improvement. Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel). Ability to handle confidential information and critical business processes.
