About the Role We’re looking for an Inbound SDR Manager to lead our inbound SDR team responsible for North America and Latin America Direct and MSP business. This is a high‑impact inbound leadership role focused on speed‑to‑lead, qualification excellence, conversion optimization, and AI‑powered agentic workflow and automation. You will lead a team of inbound SDRs responsible for converting demo requests, free trials, marketing‑generated leads, and product‑led growth signals into a highly qualified pipeline for the sales organization. In addition to traditional people leadership responsibilities, this role will help drive the evolution of our inbound engine through Agentic AI workflows, enabling automation of administrative workstreams so SDRs can focus on high‑value buyer conversations. This role reports to the Head of Global Sales Development. In this position you will: Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Inbound SDRs supporting North America and Latin America Own inbound conversion KPIs, including speed‑to‑lead, MQL‑to‑SQL, SQL‑to‑S1, and pipeline contribution Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Marketing Ops, Sales Enablement, and RevOps to optimize inbound funnel performance Continue to refine qualification frameworks for demo requests, free trial conversions, and hand‑raise opportunities Drive excellence in buyer qualification, disqualification discipline, and meeting quality Coach SDRs on talk track adoption, discovery, objection handling, urgency creation, and technical buyer conversations Monitor Salesforce, Gong, and inbound workflow systems to ensure SLA compliance and lead follow‑up standards Structure and coordinate feedback loops to Demand Gen, PMM, Sales, and XDR leadership Own reporting cadences for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews Agentic AI Responsibilities Lead the adoption of Agentic AI workflows that automate repetitive inbound SDR tasks Support the design of Agentic workflows and continuously optimize them for all XDR motions Assist with optimizing AI‑driven speed‑to‑lead workflows that reduce response times and improve conversion Build AI‑supported conversation preparation workflows so SDRs enter meetings with account context, pain hypotheses, and persona insights Identify opportunities to automate non‑customer‑facing work so SDRs spend more time engaging buyers Partner with Operations and Enablement to drive adoption of AI coaching, surface data insights, and talk‑track recommendations Work cross‑functionally to measure the productivity impact of AI on response time, conversion rates, pipeline creation, and SDR efficiency Preferred Qualifications 2+ years experience managing an Inbound SDR / Sales Development team Experience leading teams focused on marketing‑qualified lead conversion and trial motions Strong knowledge of inbound lead management best practices Experience with AI workflow tools, agentic automation platforms, or sales automation technologies Strong Salesforce, Gong, Orum/Nooks, Qualified, LeadIQ, and modern sales engagement platforms Strong data‑driven mindset with experience managing conversion funnel KPIs Experience building SLA frameworks between SDRs, Marketing, and Sales Strong coaching and people leadership skills Language Requirements: High proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is required Additional Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese is a bonus (not required) Familiarity with cybersecurity, IAM, device management, or SaaS preferred Bachelor’s degree desired Ideal Experience AI‑assisted revenue workflows Inbound funnel optimization PLG / free‑trial conversion motions Workflow automation Operational excellence in speed‑to‑lead SaaS sales development leadership Location This role is on‑site in the country of Mexico.
