What You’ll Do As a Senior SAP PMO at MIGSO-PCUBED, you’ll drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment between business strategy and SAP solutions. Your role will include: Oversee end-to-end SAP programs , including implementations, rollouts, and migrations (S/4HANA Cloud/On-Premise). Ensure strategic alignment with global business processes and operational excellence. Stakeholder & Change Management Lead cross-functional teams (internal and external) to deliver SAP projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Engage with senior management to align SAP solutions with organizational goals and drive change adoption. Governance & Risk Management Implement SAP Activate methodology to govern program execution, risk mitigation, and resource allocation. Maintain functional documentation and ensure compliance with project standards. Identify opportunities for process optimization and technological innovation within SAP ecosystems. Support post-go-live activities , incident resolution, and root cause analysis to ensure operational stability. Who You Are We’re seeking a strategic leader with: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields . 3–5 years of Program Management experience. 3–5 years leading SAP projects. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or migrations . Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and project governance, risk management, and resource coordination . Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders. Advanced English proficiency (C1/B2) —essential for executive collaboration. Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile (Scrum) are highly desirable.
