Overview The Production Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the production of goods and services in the company. The role involves working closely with other managers and team leaders to ensure that production objectives are met and efficiency is maintained in the production process. Responsibilities Ensure quality control in the production departments. Discover and implement ways to achieve the organization’s priorities. Plan the work to be completed. Provide feedback and coaching to supervisors. Demonstrate a strong value for a leadership role. Train and empower supervisors. Encourage supervisors to adopt new ideas and methods. Monitor and control KPIs for the production areas. Identify and troubleshoot problems in the production process and take corrective action when necessary. Develop and maintain plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Requirements 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. 5 years of experience as a production manager. Advanced level of English proficiency. Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience in digital printing, maintenance and replacement of printing machine heads.
