Job Purpose Support the execution of operational transformation initiatives within warehouse operations by driving project implementation, continuous improvement, and process optimization, ensuring consistent delivery of efficiency, cost savings, and service level improvements. Key Responsibilities Support the identification and execution of improvement opportunities in warehouse operations, focusing on process optimization, simplification, and efficiency. Execute project activities end-to-end under the guidance of the Manager, ensuring timely and effective implementation. Develop and maintain project tracking tools (action plans, Gantt charts, progress updates) to ensure visibility and control. Monitor and follow up on KPIs to track project performance and ensure expected results are achieved. Support digitalization and innovation initiatives within warehouse operations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance) to ensure proper execution of projects. Assist in change management activities to support adoption of new processes and ways of working in the operation. Track operational and financial results of initiatives, including productivity improvements and cost savings. Maintain regular communication with operational teams and customers to ensure alignment and identify improvement opportunities. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline within the site. Qualifications Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain roles. Initial experience participating in or supporting project implementations (continuous improvement, process optimization, etc.). Basic knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma). Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and data handling. Familiarity with KPIs and operational performance tracking. Exposure to change management practices is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Results-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow. #J-18808-Ljbffr
