Job Title Software Development Specialist – L3 Production Support Location: Guadalajara, Aguascalientes (MX-AGU), Mexico (MX) Qualifications Hands‑on development experience in Core Java with at least 3 years Worked on projects using the Java tech stack Completed coding interview using CoderPad.io 6‑9 overall years of software experience Strong Java skills Experience with SQL, Splunk, and Git Hands‑on experience using ServiceNow and process workflow Hands‑on experience with AWS (preferred) 3+ years of relevant L3 support experience Responsibilities Actively provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing Support product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms; contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery Continuously focus on enhancing the performance of Java applications Work with databases and write SQL queries Use Splunk for debugging and log analysis Collaborate effectively with other team members Implement new tool functionalities that support changing business requirements Develop functions that automate provisioning and access management primary/secondary controls Develop functions that improve user experience Provide technical feedback and support to development teams Perform detailed root‑cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions Demonstrate validated collaboration and communication skills, enabling leadership in a global environment Have an understanding of Agile principles (advantage) Participate in requirements gathering, design, and implementation with stakeholders AWS certification is an added advantage EEO Statement NTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer.
