We are a leading manufacturer of aluminum heat transfer components, serving industries such as automotive, HVAC, appliances, and commercial refrigeration. Import & Export Leader responsible for managing and ensuring compliance of the company's foreign trade operations, while guaranteeing the proper execution of imports and exports and optimizing logistics, fiscal, and customs processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee import and export operations (raw materials, finished goods, assets, and components). Ensure compliance with customs regulations and foreign trade laws. Manage key documentation such as certificates of origin, COVE, customs entries (pedimentos), among others. Coordinate shipments with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers. Track shipments to prevent delays or customer line stoppage. Manage and control inventories under foreign trade programs (IMMEX or similar). Prepare and submit regulatory reports (INEGI, annual reports, etc.). Coordinate internal and external audits related to foreign trade. Implement process improvements to optimize costs and lead times. Lead and develop the team, setting priorities and ensuring goal achievement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in foreign trade, import and export operations. Strong experience in customs regulations and IMMEX programs. Knowledge of free trade agreements. Experience in international logistics. Proven experience leading teams. Advanced English proficiency. Experience with inventory control systems and virtual operations.
