Key Responsibilities Assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems. Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet issues. Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices. Document, track, and follow up on incidents and solutions provided. Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment. Ensure timely updates of software and operating systems according to company policies. Manage hardware and software inventory efficiently. Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and processes. Generate periodic reports on the status of technical support operations. Assist in the creation and updating of user manuals and support documentation. Qualifications Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Experience in technical support or a related role. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn. Strong communication skills, with an advanced level of English (B2-C1). What We Offer Competitive salary of 13,000 MXN per month, depending on experience and English proficiency.
