Stock Associate, Palacio Guadalajara Overview Under the leadership and guidance of Management, the Stock Associate supports all back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house operational functions, primarily related to stock management. This position processes deliveries of inbound/outbound stock transfers, handles inventory quality control and organization, manages floor samples, numbers/cataloging system, shipments, transfers, etc. Responsibilities Receives, unpacks, and verifies incoming shipments for accuracy. Updates inventory records and ensures products are properly labeled and organized. Assists in fulfilling customer orders through inter‑boutique transfers and an order management system. Pays close attention to detail to ensure correct selection, correct shipment destination/method, and prepares according to industry guidelines. Rectifies lost or damaged packages by filing insurance claims through shipping partners, in conjunction with corporate and boutique representatives. Communicates with management and front‑of‑house about new deliveries and rebalancing stock, collaborating to ensure timely display of new items. Uses Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and UPS WorldShip (training provided). Executes daily processes of shipments, inbound and outbound transfers, and OMS orders. Collaborates with management and front‑of‑house team to ensure new deliveries and rebalancing stock are represented on the shop floor. Partners with management team for any UPS‑related claim. Checks new arrivals for damage, mail returns, or exchanges and inspects. Inventory Executes a monthly cycle count by partnering with the Inventory Control Team; partners with management for results and discrepancies. Performs all stock checks. Oversees inventory discrepancies, mis‑mates/mix‑ups. Partners with management or Boutique Coordinator to oversee after‑sale service / Care‑and‑Repair process. Stock Room Operations Conducts regular inventory counts and periodic audits to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate stock levels. Partners with local boutique management and corporate partners of the Inventory Control Team to review discrepancies and determine corrections to balance inventory. Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft Windows (Word, Outlook, Excel) and UPS WorldShip. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Ability to communicate effectively with front‑of‑house and management. Compensation In accordance with the New York City Commission on Human Rights and in compliance with the Salary Transparency Law, Christian Louboutin envisions the general compensation range for this position to be $45,000 – $50,000 per year. *This range is NOT inclusive of other forms of compensation or benefits such as commissions, overtime, discretionary bonus, health insurance, retirement savings or paid leaves of absence.
