Qualifications Hands‑on development experience in Core Java with at least 3 years. Worked on projects in the Java tech stack. Clear coding interview using CoderPad.io. Overall software experience 6‑9 years. Strong in Java. Experience with SQL, Splunk, Git. Hands‑on experience using ServiceNow and process workflow. Hands‑on experience with AWS preferred. 3+ years of relevant L3 support. Responsibilities Provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing. Support product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms, contributing to continuous improvement and continuous delivery. Improve performance of Java applications. Work on database tasks and write SQL queries. Use Splunk for debugging and log analysis. Collaborate effectively with team members. Implement new tool functionalities to support changing business requirements. Develop functions for automated provisioning and access management controls. Develop functions to improve user experience. Provide technical feedback and support to development teams. Perform detailed root‑cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions. Communicate and collaborate in a global environment. Apply Agile principles (advantage). Participate in requirements gathering, design, and implementation with stakeholders.
