Compliance Office Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance in the company, updating compliance manuals and leading key projects in collaboration with internal areas. Main responsibilities Draft, update and supervise the implementation of compliance manuals related to the LFPIORPI. Ensure compliance with the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (LFPIORPI), its Guidelines and Rules‑Mutual, Loans or Credits. Coordinate and supervise the reports of operations before the UIF (Financial Intelligence Unit). Lead projects and coordinate with internal areas to ensure effective implementation of compliance processes. Train internal staff in money‑laundering prevention and regulatory compliance. Ensure correct interaction with regulatory bodies and comply with specific requirements. Provide support on issues related to PROFECO, ensuring compliance with the regulations applicable to the company. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in compliance for vulnerable activities. Mastery of the LFPIORPI, its Guidelines and Rules. Knowledge of the vulnerable activity of Mutual, Loans or Credits. Familiarity with basic regulations of PROFECO. Certification before the UIF in terms of vulnerable activities (desirable). Organizational skills Ability to plan and prioritize tasks. Leadership: experience managing internal projects and teams. Soft skills: results‑oriented, attention to detail, and excellent communication. We offer Gross base salary $25,000 to $35,000 per month. Major medical insurance after the probationary period.
