EnsurestheinvolvementoftheDistributionCenterLeadershipTeamandemployeesindesignandimplementationofnewtechnology. Participatesinprocessauditstoidentifytheneedforappropriatecontainmentorcorrectiveandpreventativeactionsleadingtominimizingoreliminatingprocessdeviationsandnon-conformingproductrootcauses. Monitorsasystemofcontrolstoensurethatservicelevelsandoperationalperformancegoalsaremetwithinprescribedcost,revenueandprofitparameters.
