Responsibilities Provide field service support to NCR Retail and other brands, both preventive and corrective, ensuring quality in every activity. Daily Tasks Service corrective and preventive maintenance on NCR ATM technologies and point‑of‑sale terminals. Fill out service reports and documentation. Update systems using the company’s application. Recover, return and deliver parts. Communicate with various operational areas. Follow escalation levels and communicate with operational supervision. Requirements Technical or Engineering degree in Computer Science (Hardware and Software). Technical or Engineering degree in Electronics. Technical or Engineering degree in Networks – Networking. Valid driver’s license. Ability to use a multimeter. Resident of Puebla or nearby areas. Availability to work occasional weekends (guards). Availability to travel and work in nearby zones.
