The Strategic Buyer/Planner II is responsible for the development and management of suppliers and all purchasing and planning activities relating to manufacturing, service and inventory control for assigned product lines. The position is also responsible for supporting the optimization of inventory levels, and to be alert to material changes, shortages, unplanned scrap and material availability. Maintains the MRP system data and its integrity, prepares and analyzes reports, and supports project management of existing and new products.
