The Junior IT Recruiter is responsible for supporting the attraction, sourcing, and selection of technology talent (developers, engineers, analysts, etc.). This role works closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to efficiently fill technical positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Post job openings on job boards, LinkedIn, and other tech-focused platforms. Source active and passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other databases. Conduct resume screening and initial phone/virtual interviews. Perform basic technical qualification based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Track candidates and update recruitment systems (ATS). Support offer process and maintain communication with candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably with IT or technical roles). Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, QA, DevOps). Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS). Intermediate-advance English level (preferred for tech environments).
