You'll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Day to Day Lead the secondary distribution operation at each Logistics Operator through our business partners. Collaborate closely with suppliers, internal and external customers through efficient negotiations and projects that add value by leveraging LEAN methodologies and tools, resulting in productivity gains. Ensure all the process related to the operation of the Logistics Operator (inventory management, shipment reception, order administration and processing, picking and shipping process, route planning, deliveries and collection management). Ensure compliance with the secondary operation KPIs: truck fill rate, case fill rate, scan in, scan out, revenue recognition, rejections/cancellations, thefts, LOGD, costs and productivity. Collaborate with the commercial area for efficient deliveries to the new points of sale, schedules, and customer reception processes. Proper control of the vehicle fleet operated at each logistics operator, including maintenance, cleaning, renewal and performance. Optimization of itineraries and coordination with the security area for the allocation of resources to routes and action plans in response to incidents. Who We're Looking For University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering. Proven experience of minimum 3+ years in logistics (storage and distribution). Proficient spoken and written English is a must. Knowledge in systems for warehouse and inventory management. Strong data driven, communication, leading change and negotiation skills are required. Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business priorities, curiosity to learn, desire to drive our performance to higher standards, agility, and strong customer focus and forward‑leaning energies are encouraged.
