About This Role The HR Business Partner reports to the HR Manager and acts as a strategic partner for global internal clients within RIA’s Americas Hub. The role owns the People agenda across assigned business units, driving organizational effectiveness, talent readiness, leadership capability, and change to support current and future business growth. The HRBP manages end‑to‑end HR processes (Hire to Retire) and aligns People actions with overall business strategy in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment. Roles & Responsibilities Act as the primary HR point of contact for global stakeholders across the Americas. Provide strategic and consultative HR support tailored to business needs. Translate business priorities into People initiatives aligned with HR strategy. Ensure consistent execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and improvement. Support workforce planning, role clarity, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Assess leadership and talent readiness and coach leaders to strengthen People outcomes. Support HR‑led and business‑led transformation initiatives and reinforce agile ways of working. Act as a change ambassador, supporting adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviors. Contribute to a positive employee experience across the Americas Hub and use engagement insights to recommend targeted actions. Promote company values and inclusive, high‑performing team environments. Provide guidance on HR policies and regulatory considerations and partner with HR leadership on employee relations topics. Ensure fair and consistent application of People practices. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years of experience as a generalist in a fast‑paced, high‑activity industry. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience partnering with business leaders in complex, dynamic, and matrixed organizations. Strong knowledge of progressive HR practices and people‑oriented approach. Capacity to understand business plans, challenges, and priorities, and implement suitable HR activities. Strong time management skills. Working Conditions / Physical Demands Primarily sedentary office work; may require additional travelling. Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone, and peripherals.
